This is an opportunity for you to assess whether you feel comfortable and safe with the clinician.

  • The duration varies based on your specific needs, goals, and presenting concerns. Some clients benefit from short-term focused work on a specific issue (4-8 sessions), while others engage in longer-term therapeutic relationships. We collaboratively establish goals and regularly assess progress to ensure treatment remains effective and purposeful.
